By accessing, using, or participating in the services offered by Jean Gilles Capital, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms,you are not authorized to use the services.
2. Eligibility
To participate in Jean Gilles Capital’s investment club and services, you must:
• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Be a resident of a jurisdiction where investment clubs and/or the investmentopportunities offered by Jean Gilles Capital are legally permitted.
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering or signing upfor any of our services.
The Company reserves the right to refuse service or membership to anyone who does notmeet these requirements.
3. Membership and Investment Opportunities
• Membership: By joining Jean Gilles Capital as a member, you gain access to
investment opportunities and other services as outlined on our website or in the materialsprovided to you. Membership may be subject to approval, and we reserve the right to accept or deny membership at our discretion.
• Investment Pools: Members of the investment club may be able to pool their funds for
collective investment in specific opportunities, as determined by the Company. Members agree to make contributions in accordance with the terms specified for each investment opportunity.
• Investment Risks: Investments in financial markets, assets, or other vehicles
inherently involve risks, including the potential loss of principal. By joining Jean Gilles Capital, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with investment opportunities
4. Contributions and Withdrawals
• Contributions: Members will be required to contribute funds to the investment pool based on the terms of each specific opportunity. Contributions are generally made through the payment methods specified by the Company.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal of funds from the investment pool is subject to the terms of each specific investment opportunity. Withdrawals may be restricted or limited depending on the terms of the investment and will be processed in accordance with the Company’s withdrawal policies.
• Fees: The Company may charge fees for administration, management, or other services, which will be disclosed to members prior to any investment. Any applicable fees will be deducted from investment returns or contributions.
5. Performance and Returns
• Investment Performance: The Company makes no guarantees about the performance or returns of any investment opportunity. All investments carry inherent risks, and past performance is not indicative of future results.
• Distribution of Returns: Any returns or profits generated from investments will be distributed among members in accordance with the terms of each investment opportunity, after deducting applicable fees and expenses
6. Code of Conduct
As a member of Jean Gilles Capital, you agree to conduct yourself with integrity and professionalism. You are prohibited from engaging in any of the following:
• Fraudulent or illegal activities related to investments or financial transactions.
• Misrepresentation of your identity or intentions to the Company or other members.
• Engaging in disruptive behavior or causing harm to the Company’s reputation or operations.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership if a member violates this Code of Conduct.
7. Confidentiality and Privacy
• Confidentiality: All information provided to the Company by members, including financial details, personal information, and investment decisions, will be kept confidential and used only for the purposes of managing the investment club and offering services.
• Privacy: By joining Jean Gilles Capital, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website. We will handle your personal information in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
Jean Gilles Capital, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your participation in the investment club, including but not limited to, financial loss, lost opportunities, or investment performance.
• No Guarantee: The Company does not guarantee any specific financial returns or protection from loss. You understand that investments can result in the loss of the principal amount invested.
• Force Majeure: The Company is not responsible for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, or technical issues.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jean Gilles Capital, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your participation in the investment club, your breach of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of applicable laws.
10. Termination and Suspension
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Engaging in illegal or unethical conduct.
• Failure to comply with any contribution or withdrawal policies.
Upon termination, you will receive any remaining balance in your account, subject to any applicable withdrawal restrictions or fees.
11. Amendments to Terms
Jean Gilles Capital reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated date. By continuing to access or use our services after the effective date of any changes, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms and Conditions.
